TED Hair Restoration Procedure

Treatment using the TED hair Restoration device is non-invasive, quick, and requires no downtime. In total each session only takes about 45 minutes. You will attend your appointment with clean hair, ensuring that your scalp is free from any products. Dr. Yco starts the procedure by applying a topical hair care formula before running the TED device over the scalp and hair follicles. You will feel a warm vibrating sensation during this part of the procedure as the TED device uses acoustic sound waves and air pressure to drive the special formula into the skin of the scalp.

Post-Op Care

There is no recovery period following treatments with TED hair restoration, however, you should not wash your hair or have it colored for at least 24 hours after treatment. Depending on the severity of your hair loss and your aesthetic goals, you will need a series of around 3 treatments in order to experience the best results. Each treatment is scheduled four weeks apart. You will work with Dr. Yco to develop a treatment schedule.
