Opus Plasma Treatment

Opus plasma treatments begin with a thorough consultation where Dr. Yco will assess your specific skin concerns and discuss your aesthetic goals. Your first opus plasma session will begin with the application of a topical numbing cream. Next, the device is delicately moved across the treatment area, delivering controlled plasma energy to the skin’s surface. Treatments are very quick and, depending on the size of the area being treated, only take 10-15 minutes.

Post-Op Care

Immediately following opus plasma treatments, you may notice some redness and swelling that will persist for a couple of days before going down. After those three days, you are able to return to your normal activities and can cover any residual redness with makeup. It is important that you avoid any prolonged exposure to the sun for at least two weeks after treatment, as your skin will be quite sensitive. Make sure to wear a broad-spectrum SPF whenever you go outside. To optimize your recovery, Dr. Yco may recommend hyperbaric Co2 treatments or red light therapy.
