The ideal candidate for both a Jessner Peel and TCA peel is seeking to address skin concerns related to aging and other imperfections. These can include:

Jessner Peel and TCA Peel Procedure
Whether you are choosing to treat your skin with a Jessner Peel or TCA peel, each will be customized to a strength that best addresses your concerns. We always start by cleansing your skin before applying the chemical exfoliating agent with a large cotton swab. After sitting for 5-10 minutes, the solution is removed, and a cooling agent is applied.

Post-Op Care

Immediately following treatment, your skin may appear red, and you may experience some mild tingling. This should go away after a couple of days and be replaced with flaking that starts around the mouth. Do not pick at this skin as it will shed on its own. Continue to cleanse and moisturize your face with gentle products and wear an SPF. Your recovery is complete when your flaking has stopped. This is usually around 2 weeks.
