Liquid Facelift

What is a Liquid Facelift?

Over the past decade there have been many advancements in facial rejuvenation through the use of Botox® and facial fillers like Juvederm® and Restylane®.   By injecting these fillers and using Botox® we are now able to accomplish a youthful result without surgery.

Does the Procedure Hurt?

If you have had Botox® before the discomfort level is about the same.  When performed by skilled injector the procedure has very little discomfort associated with it.  Most patients report a slight pinch feeling while be injected.

How Long Does the Procedure Take?

The Liquid Facelift has also been coined the “lunchtime facelift” because for many patients they have the procedure done on their lunch break.

How Long do the Results Last?

With the liquid facelift procedure you can expect the results to last up to one year, the areas that have Botox® injected will require a little more maintenance than the filler areas.

Below are Fillers Often Used for Liquid Facelift

How Does Sculptra® Work?

Unlike many other facial fillers on the market, Sculptra® isn’t a liquid or gel substance that diminishes lines by pushing up the dermis space beneath areas that are injected.   Sculptra® is designed to stimulate your own body’s collagen development.  The results appear gradually over the treatment regimen, typical treatment is a course of three injections over three to four months with results lasting up to two years.

Approved by the FDA, Juvederm Voluma is a hyaluronic acid used as an injectable facial filler. It temporarily restores volume to the mid-face. That means filling out those wrinkles around your nose and on your cheeks.
