Minimally-Invasive Laser Treatment

What is ClearLift?
The ClearLift is a Q-switched fractional 1064nm laser that uses shorter and stronger pulses of light energy to treat hyperpigmentation, including dark spots, age spots, brown spots, and skin discoloration. It’s also perfect for lines and wrinkles, and loose, sagging skin.
ClearLift works by creating micro-injuries in the first and second layers of the skin. This stimulates collagen production and helps the skin repair itself, erasing pigmentation and visible signs of aging. It can be used on the face, neck, chest, hands, arms, and legs.

Who is a Good Candidate for ClearLift?
Good candidates for ClearLift are individuals with mild to moderate skin laxity issues, fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, or other signs of aging who are in good overall health and have realistic expectations. Because this treatment is relatively gentle and works on all skin types, it’s perfect for almost all patients.
ClearLift Treatment
To start treatment, we’ll apply a numbing cream to the treatment area to ensure your comfort. From there, Dr. Yco will apply the handheld device directly to the skin. The laser energy will be delivered in short bursts. You may feel a warmth or slight tingling sensation, but most patients don’t feel anything at all.
Treatment typically takes 20-30 minutes, but it can depend on the size of the treatment area and the number of areas being treated.
Because this is a minimally-invasive treatment that requires no downtime, you can return to your normal routine immediately afterward.
Post-Op Care
After treatment, you may experience some redness or mild swelling in the treated area, but that should subside within a few hours. You will also want to avoid direct sunlight to the treatment area. Regularly wearing sunscreen is vital to achieving the results you’re looking for, but other than that, you can go back to your daily activities immediately.
You will see some results immediately, but multiple treatments may be necessary, depending on the results you’re looking for and the severity of your skin concerns.
